We will love and take care of your beautiful wedding dress as if it is one of our own creations, until it is time for you to collect it for your wedding day.

How Do I Store My Wedding Dress At Alter Me?

STEP 1. MAKE A BOOKING

Fill out your details on this form to book a storage space for your wedding dress. Upon your arrival your dress will be thoroughly checked to ensure there are no marks or damages. If we find any flaws these will be shown and noted prior to you storing the dress with us.

STEP 2. PAYMENT

We have a one time admin fee of $50, which will be required at the drop-off.
Thereafter the storage fee is $80/month that includes our love, care and safety package.

We have discounted prices for dresses that are stored for longer periods:

6 months for $400
9 months for $600
12 months for $800

We have a minimum of 3 months storage requirement. If you wish to store your dress for less than 3 months, it will be charged at the flat rate of $180

We allow a 7 day exceeding period every month. If it passes the 7 days you will be charged for the second month.

A month is counted as a total of 4 weeks, which will start from the day you leave your dress at our shop.

Whilst your dress is in our care, we will cherish it as if it is one of our own creations.

Your dress will have regular checks to ensure the quality at which you bought it remains the same. Any damages you wish for us to fix prior to storing the dress can be completed upon your request.

We have high security measures at our premises with 24/7 monitoring cameras to ensure the safety of all garments stored at Alter Me.

You can come visit our store at any time to view and try your wedding dress. Simply make an appointment to ensure one of our consultants can be with you at your viewing.
